35 Week Pregnancy Update

Here is my 35 week pregnancy update...
Symptoms: I have been massively tired this week - we have been away for a few days which meant that we had lots of late nights (late for me anyway!) which hasn't helped. Beebee has started kicking my lungs too, which is very painful. Also, my heartburn has been constant this week but I think it also has a lot to do the bad food consumed over the Christmas period. On top of all that, I have also had lots of tightening, although I do not feel like the baby has engaged so I have not been worried with it.
Food Cravings: Diet coke again!!
Movement: There has been loads of movement this week and lots of other people have felt it as well. That has to be one of the best parts of being pregnant.
Sleep: Sleep has been difficult with lots of tossing a turning again.
Things I am Missing: Nothing really this time.
Best Moment: Watching Jackson spend time with his family.
Worst Moment: Feeling tired - I really want to be as activate as possible with Jackson but it has been so hard when I have no energy!

34 Week Pregnancy Update

Here is my 34 week pregnancy update...

Symptoms: I am just so pregnant this week! Sleep is getting more and more difficult and the aches and pains are getting worse. I know that it comes and goes in stages, so hopefully it will get better (that may be wishful thinking though!).
I had a midwife appointment this week and I was not measuring as big as last time. However, as I have mentioned before, that doesn't really mean anything in the end! Although she did also say that the baby is potentially back to back and while they do have time to turn, she said that they will probably be recommending a C-Section unless he/she does, because I wont be able to labour for too long due to my previous scar.
I really wanted to have a natural birth but felt that she was sort of pushing towards a C-Section - I have a hospital appointment in a couple of weeks to make the finial decision. To help me prepare for that, I am currently getting in my head that I will be having a C-Section and have been thinking about all the positives that will come of this (there are loads). If they come back with anything different, it will be a bonus!
Food Cravings: Alcohol - it is Christmas after all.
Movement: Loads of movement this week, especially when I want to go to sleep!
Sleep: Sleep is difficult, lots of tossing a turning and visits to the loo again.
Things I am missing: Alcohol and Cheese.
Best Moment: Christmas Day!
Worst Moment: I am really struggling to pick Jackson up now, which is hard when he just wants a hug!

33 Week Pregnancy Update

Here is my 33 week pregnancy update...

Symptoms: I have been feeling the general pregnancy symptoms this week - tiredness, aches & pains, lots of heart burn and constant weeing! I have been very busy so haven't had any time to rest, but does anyone get to rest with a toddler and Christmas thrown into the mix?! I have also started to get to that point of thinking, 'how can I get any bigger'!!! As you can see from my picture, I am getting huge (especially in this particular picture!!!).
Food Cravings: I am eating a lot of mints but not sure if that really qualifies as a craving or whether it's just to help with the heart burn.
Movement: I went to see The Bodyguard at the Theatre last weekend and the baby would not stop moving, must be a Whitney fan!
Sleep: Sleep is getting a bit difficult, lots of tossing a turning and visits to the loo.
Things I am missing: Cheeses - this time of year is all about the cheese boards and when you're pregnant, there is only a select few you can have!
Best Moment: My Yaya (Jackson's Gigi) coming over from Greece to spend Christmas with us.
Worst Moment: Just feeling a bit boring in my clothes, having such a small wardrobe is starting to get annoying (so to fix this, I went shopping, yay!!!).

32 Week Pregnancy Update

Here is my 32 week pregnancy update...

Symptoms: I have been tired this week but I think it is self-inflicted, as I have been staying up far too late. A friend said that it's a hard time of year to be preganant as there is just so much going on and I totally agree - we have so much to do for Christmas so you don't get to do the relaxing part that you desperately need. We went up to London for a family day this week and my sciatic nerve hurt loads at the end of the day!!!!
Food Cravings: I still love Diet Coke!!
Movement: Felt lots of movements this week. I also felt like the baby was laying horizontal before but now I think he/she has moved vertically again. It's still very early but it does feel better when the baby is vertical.
Sleep: I have been going to bed late again and when I do go to sleep I am back to dreaming lots!
Things I am missing: Sleep!!
Best Moment: Family day in London, doing a bit of sight seeing.
Worst Moment: Nothing this week - yay!!!

31 Week Pregnancy Update

Here is my 31 week pregnancy update...

(Didn't manage to get a picture this week)

Symptoms: This week I have been feeling great (well, as close to great as you can be when you're pregnant!). I am a bit slower than normal but have really tried to get out walking when I can, which I think helps loads. Unfortunately, I still have this bloody cold!!! When I was pregnant last time I was a vision of health - no colds or anything, but I am pretty sure that it's just because I have a toddler now and everyone knows that toddlers attract illnesses!!!!
Food Cravings: I still love Diet Coke!!
Movement: I have had such a busy week that somedays I have got to the evening and can't remember when the last time I felt the bubba move was, but then, after a couple of minutes on the sofa, Beebee (which is what we are calling the baby) is rolling around like crazy. I also am pretty sure that Beebee is horizontal, so I must start sitting on my ball soon, although I still have loads of time for the baby to move into the right position.
Sleep: I have had a couple of really late nights recently (well, for me anyway) which has really not helped the sleep situation!! I need to make sure that I get to bed earlier but with all the housework, my blogging hobby and Christmas shopping to do, it's difficult to get to bed on time!
Things I am missing: Sleep!!
Best Moment: Jackson's big-boy room being finished!!
Worst Moment: Had an ear ache on yoga night so I couldn't go again!!!!
